Owner and co-founder of PAAI. Greg graduated from Eastern Washington University (BA: Business Administration - Accounting) and serves as our firm's designated broker. His duties include lease negotiations and asset management services on behalf of our clients, property dispositions, redevelopment opportunities and oversight of all departments within PAAI. Away from the office, Greg enjoys traveling and spending time in Snoqualmie Ridge with his wife Susie, children, grandchildren and friends.
Stephanie joined PAAI in 2000 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1992. She currently oversees our leasing department and is actively involved in all leasing transactions including the handling of all lease renewals. When she's not in the office, she is normally traveling to a warm climate or tending her garden and spending time with her husband, children and dogs.
ASSET MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE:
A recent graduate from the University of Washington (Business Administration - Finance), Brad handles the takeover process for all new management accounts, marketing for new business, and the budget process for all of our commercial shopping centers on behalf of our operations department. Away from the office, Brad enjoys being a Husky Football Season Ticket Holder, spending time with his wife Hannah and golden retriever Walter, and exploring the great sceneries of their home in Snoqualmie Ridge.

An original employee of PAAI, Betsy has over 25-years of commercial property management experience. She currently oversees our Operations Department, which includes the handling of major repair projects and ensures all preventative maintenance is performed. Her daily duties include interacting with local Jurisdictions, Landlords, Tenants and Vendors along with handling any after-hours emergency situation. In her free time, she enjoys making greeting cards, assembling gift baskets, spending time with her family, taking walks and reading.
A recent graduate of Eastern Washington University (Engineering of Technology with Design), Cody assists with the day-to-day operations of shopping centers in our current portfolio, oversees all PAAI marketing materials, and insurance. Outside of work, Cody enjoys being a Husky Football Season Ticket holder, hunting, fishing, and exploring the PNW.

A Ballard native, Beth currently assists in the day-to-day operations of shopping centers in our current portfolio, obtaining new vendors, and office manager. Outside of work, Beth enjoys being an avid Seahawks Season Ticket Holder, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
Carol started with PAAI in 1999 and has nearly 25-years of property management accounting and financial management experience. She currently oversees the entire accounting department and financial reporting of our entire portfolio, which includes annual budgeting and CAM reconciliation. Away from the office, she enjoys cooking, riding motorcycles with her husband and spending time at the ocean.
A graduate of Washington State University (Business Administration - Finance), Michelle has been with PAAI since 2006 and has over 17-years of related accounting experience. She handles all accounting aspects of a portfolio of properties along with all lease administration functions for the accounting department. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
With over 10+ years experience in property management accounting, Crystal is responsible for all accounting aspects of a portfolio of properties, which includes preparation of monthly financial and variance reporting. Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and being active.
