BRIEF HISTORY
Pacific Asset Advisors, Inc. was formed in 1997 by Greg Close and Blanca Harrison. Greg and Blanca worked together at Seattle Pacific Realty, Inc. prior to forming Pacific Asset Advisors, Inc., creating and building its Property Management Division. As of May 2011, Greg Close became the sole owner of Pacific Asset Advisors, Inc.
Located in Bellevue, Washington, Pacific Asset Advisors, Inc. specializes in Retail Property Management and Brokerage Services throughout the Puget Sound Region. Our services include Shopping Center Property Management, Leasing & Acquisition with a focus on Landlord Representation, Property Dispositions and Redevelopment Opportunities.
