As indicated on Blanca Harrison's Resume, she and Greg Close (see Resume) formed PAAI in 1997. Both had worked at Seattle Pacific Realty, Inc. together for over 17 years, creating and building its Property Management Division to achieve a #10 rating in the Puget Sound Business Journal's List of Commercial Property Management Firms, distinguishing SPR as a full service retail brokerage and management company.

Blanca Harrison is President, Designated Broker, and is responsible for all company results and oversees specifically the administrative function; daily interfacing with PAAI's clients. Greg Close, Vice President is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all PAAI Company generated financials and daily interacting wiht PAAI's clients.

Each of our Asset Managers periodically "audits" another PAAI Asset Manager's Portfolio and a meeting is held to share ideas for improving excellence. All Asset Managers are fully aware of all portfolio vacancies and each Asset Manager is a licensed real estate agent or broker in the State of Washington. PAAI sponsors continuing education in related fields for all employees after one year of service. This is a stated employee benefit in our employee manual. Examples of continuing education include Microsoft Seminars, Accounting and Financial System Training, Legal updates, Continuing Legal Education, PAAI software and network services, and of course all clock hour update classes pertaining to Washington State Real Estate Licensing requirements.
